Snow or flurries continue to fall in most areas. Here is what our operations teams are doing, by area.
Hamilton:
Light snow started around 4 AM this morning. By 7 am there was approximately 4 cm of snow and crews were called in to start clearing throughways and walkways. With the time of this snow, roads are very slow due to rush hour and snow. We anticipate snow ending by approx 10 – 11am, giving a total amount of approx 8cm with up to 10cm in higher areas. Crews will be out throughout the day cycling through sites.
Burlington
Snow started in Burlington around 5am and as of 8 AM we had about an inch of snow on the ground. We are expecting the snow to change to flurries around noon and then be finished by mid-afternoon. All our Plows, walk crews, and bobcats are currently out, however we ask for your patience throughout the morning as our crews will have slow time getting around though the morning traffic.
Oakville & Mississauga
As of this morning, we received close to 2 inches of snow. This storm is expected to last until early afternoon. We have dispatched plows and walks crews to cycle through all properties. With the time of this storm we ask for your patience as we try to service everyone as quickly as possible.

Our crews were out yesterday as early flurries and freezing drizzles left some areas a bit slick. All walks, throughways and driveways were salted to to clear them as well as to prepare for possible freezing drizzle and flurries.
All properties were salted again this morning. Light flurries continue to fall create slick road conditions. We anticipate cycling through our properties once more before flurries expected to end late this morning.
Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge
Our crews were out yesterday as early flurries and freezing drizzles left some areas a bit slick. All walks, throughways and driveways were salted to to clear them as well as to prepare for possible freezing drizzle and flurries.
Flurries have continued to fall from the overnight into the morning and sites are starting to cover up again. Crews have been dispatched to clear and salt walkways and drives as needed. Throughways will be salted as well.
Temperatures are expected to be near 0 today , this will help to burn off any hard pack left from the cold snap last week and the salt will be very effective.
