Toblerone Fudge

Yay – it’s time for Christmas Cookies! Between now & Christmas, we’ll be posting some of our favorite holiday cookie recipes.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup canned evaporated milk*
  • 1 bar (400g) TOBLERONE Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces

Directions:

  • LINE an 8-in square pan with parchment paper, with ends of paper extending over sides.
  • COMBINE butter, sugar and evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Bring to a full, rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • REMOVE saucepan from heat and stir in Toblerone pieces until melted. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Cut into squares. Keep refrigerated

Total time – 20 minutes

Makes 40 squares.

**Only use regular (full fat) evaporated milk. 2% or fat free evaporated milk will not set.*
