Everyone talks about service these days, but many don’t deliver. To us, that’s unacceptable. So as we work to bring beauty to the urban landscape, we aim to change that. Because at the end of the day, when people ask us, “so, what did you do today?” our answer is “we cared”.
TRANSCRIPT:
Ever get asked the question, “So what did you do today?”
Ever ask yourself that question?
We believe that how you answer changes everything. Because at the end of the day, all our digging, cutting, mowing, trimming, and sweeping doesn’t mean a whole lot on its own if we didn’t care about how we did it.
We are, after all, a service company.
Everyone says they offer great service. Unfortunately, many don’t deliver. To us, that’s unacceptable. Our shaping, beautifying, and maintaining the urban landscape of Southern Ontario is all part of our proprietary Red Carpet Program. A program packed with simple but important promises. A program that rests on finely-tuned systems that we’ve been refining for a long time. After all, we’ve been in your neighbourhood since 1955.
Caring is the way it’s always been for us and it’s the way it always will be. Because it’s the Gelderman way. Caring truly is in our nature and we can prove it.
Some think that beautiful landscapes begin with design but we believe that quality service and beauty start somewhere deeper than that: It starts with empathy. It starts with caring.
We’re in this magnificent world together. We work together, play together, live together, and the landscape is the stage that our lives get played out on every day.
We’re inviting you outdoors, to be sure.
We’re also inviting you to hold us accountable to our promise of dependable care for people and their properties.
Because when someone asks us, “So what did you do today?”
Our answer is, “We cared.”
That’s what gets us up in the morning and that’s what we did today.
