What’s New For 2014?

This year has proven to be a busy and exciting one so far. The snow has kept our staff working around the clock, especially in the early hours of the morning. Needless to say, many of us are looking forward to warm spring weather!

In the office Shane Warren and Harry Gelderman, our Landscape Sales & Project Managers have both spent the last two months preparing and planning projects for spring and are both eager and excited to start installations.

Our new staff member Kate Terpstra, Business Development & Client Services Manager is settling into her new office shared by Mara Schooley, Executive Assistant who is very happy to have an office companion.

As for landscape design, I am also ready for the spring season and look forward to designing new projects. Last year I completed a course on SketchUp which is a computer program that allows you to make 3D models of landscape designs. This program breaks the barriers of 2D by giving perspective views and virtual tours of designs. Included in the pictures above is a SketchUp design of a backyard I recently completed, please click on the pictures above to view the gallery.

As the snow melts and we set out with our spades and shovels, we will be sure to keep our blog updated with our spring projects.
